Cash on Delivery available for orders below Rs. 2000. Orders above Rs. 2000 will be accepted on prepaid payments only.
A minimum fee of Rs. 49 will be applicable for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, which the customer must pay. And no delivery fee will be charged on the prepaid orders all over India.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, an advance payment of ₹49 is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance amount will be collected at the time of delivery. The advance payment of ₹49 is non-refundable in case of order cancellation, refusal of delivery, or RTO (Return to Origin) orders.
Orders placed after Saturday, 5:00 PM, will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays or upcoming working days.
The estimated delivery time may vary slightly from State to State & Metro to Non-Metro City. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Sundays & Holidays.
If you receive any product in broken or damaged condition or if you have received any wrong product in the place of which had ordered, for its return and exchange, you can call / mail/ message us on the given contact details. Divisa Store provides 2-3 days of validity to get your goods returned after the delivery is done. But, if you fail to inform us about the same at the specified time limit, no refund/ replace/ return will be processed.
